I graduated from Fairhill in 2007, then attended the University of Arizona. After I graduated with a B.A. in International Studies, I ran a small business for a few years and then attended Harvard Law School. I graduated Harvard Law School in May, and began working at Scheef & Stone, an amazing commercial law firm with its main office here in Dallas. My practice so far has focused on contract disputes, regulatory and enforcement matters, and employment litigation. I have now worked on several multi-million-dollar cases, prevailed with respect to dispositive motions filed in court and oral arguments that I gave at court hearings, and successfully negotiated settlements. My work has increasingly focused on securities litigation and real estate litigation, but I still have a broad general commercial litigation practice that includes employment law, and I still get to work with top attorneys in nearly every area of business-related law. Every day I have the opportunity to learn from attorneys who are at the top in their field in nearly all areas of law that apply to businesses in Texas. Fairhill is truly the foundation that set me on a path to success, and even after law school, I frequently impress people with the lessons that I learned at Fairhill. I cannot express enough of my gratitude to Fairhill, and I am thrilled to be back in Dallas to serve the legal needs of my community.
